Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed at elvarionwellness.shop, operated by
Global Group Industry Co., Limited ("we", "us").

30-Day Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in
their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot
be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return
Email support@elvarionwellness.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return
address. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. In most
cases you will not need to send the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3 business days), we will email you and
refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within
5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships (usually within 24 hours of
purchase) by emailing us.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no update for 15 business days, contact us and we will reship your
order or refund it in full.
